The Ohio State University's Office of Conference Services is proud to be considered as the site for your next event. Conference Services assists over 100 conferences and 20,000 guests annually. Each year we provide service to dozens of athletic camps, adult conferences and student conferences. We have served guests from the state, national, and international community. Our experienced planners are skilled in coordinating all types of events with a variety of details and requirements, to ensure that your program is a success. Our coordination services include:

• Providing a pre-consultation and post-consultation to organize and refine service, facility, and budget needs.
• Arranging for the delivery of University Services including housing, dining, parking, transportation, catering, audiovisual, facility needs, and more.
• Following up and physically checking on arrangements prior to guest's arrival, to ensure that all arrangements are delivered as expected and requested.
• Providing office services and office support staff.
• Providing a comprehensive bill for all requested services.
